Man Drops Dead in Barber Shop

      Lewiston Idaho - January 13, 1937 - Louis C. Boehl, 65, for many years a resident of Longview Wash., dropped dead yesterday afternoon in a local barber shop. He had been spending the winter at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Frank Atwood, 406 Eleventh Street. Mr. Boehl is survived by two sons and a daughter. The body is at Bower-Wann's.

HEART ATTACK IS FATAL TO LOUIS BOEHL

      Local Man Dies While Visiting in Lewiston; Wife Killed in Accident Seven Months Ago.
      Closely following his wife in death, Louis C. Boehl, 67, died from a heart attack last Tuesday at Lewiston, Ida., where he and daughter Louise were visiting. The family home here is in Columbia Valley Gardens, 2103 Oak street.
      Mrs. Boehl was fatally injured last Fourth of July when a car driven by her husband crashed in a head-on collision with a Portland car on the Pacific highway near Kalama. Mr. Boehl had never fully recovered from injuries he sustained at the time and from grief over his wife’s death.
      The body will be brought here next Tuesday and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Ditlevsen funeral home. The two surviving sons, Harold and William of this city, and a cousin Mrs. William Plunkett, left for Lewiston, upon receiving word of the death and with the daughter will accompany the body here.
      Before moving to Longview 11 years ago, Mr. Boehl lived on a homestead in Clearwater county in Idaho. At the time of his death he and his daughter were visiting a sister-in-law, Mrs. Frank H. Atwood, of Lewiston.
